Stack a Trifecta for Orange Rockerverb gain sounds?

I love the Orange Rockerverb distortion tones. There seems to be a gritty quality to it that might be had through pedals by stacking in a fuzz. Any thoughts on that? Any Rockerverb owners able to get close to that with pedals? If so, what's the recipe??
