..great support, guys... ..thanks...

I'll give some feedback here, when I get my hands on one of these pedals.. ..it'd probably be wise for me to go with Ronni's suggestion on the SS, since he's the builder and all...

..thanks again guys...

[If anyone else wants to 'weigh in', I'll continue to check this thread for a while.]

Re: Need pedal advice- ..::Tone Press obtained::..

..well.. I found a Tone Press locally, so I took a test drive.. superb. Now, I own my first Barber pedal.. it’s my first serious effect. [I have a feeling that any of Barber's drive pedals would have 'passed the test' too]

More Barber pedals are in my future.

I plugged in last night for a while.. the “magic dust for single coils” setting is nice. But, I did like the Sustain and Blend at higher settings too. Then, I tweaked the Color trim.. it was full-up by default. I like it turned down about half-way.. very 'mellow', instead of 'snappy'.. cool stuff.

I’ve only begun to explore.. but, I like it already. I’m very excited by the potential of this pedal.

I updated my gear list [below].
