I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but how cool would it be to have a dual pedal (like the half gainer) with an LTD SR on one side and an unLimiTeD on the other....

You can have that..It's a dual discrete. The 1/2G isn't 2 pedals in one. It's just channel switching.

Thanks Ronni... Which would be a better replacement for a Fulldrive 2, a Dual Discrete (with an LTD SR and an unLimiTeD) or a 1/2G?

Depends what you want.. But your naming two really different units. A replacement would really be more the 1/2G. Sort of 2 ch option..
but the Dual Discrete is actually 2 independent pedals in one box. I haven't done an SR/Unlimited yet.. So yours would be the first.

The 2, tone wise are close, but the extra gain of the Unlimited IS really cool... We liked the unLimiTeD even more than we thought we would.
So it could be a killer combo.. but there is more tone options with the Dual Discrete of course, than the 1/2G, especially with all the internal pots on the D-Discrete and being 2 pedals...but there is also a price difference.

Hey everyone, This is my first post! and I'm dying to get a UnLiMiTeD... I know... Get in line! lol

Should I just keep checking here for when the next batch are available? My dealer I like is Humbuker Music in Atlanta. Or can I buy direct? Can I prepay?

I am also thinking about the Small Fry... I really go for the David Grissom sound... I am currently using a 1/2 Gainer and an OCD for heavier sounds.
I want to replace the OCD with another Barber. Quite honestly the OCD sounds wimpy compared to the 1/2 Gainer.
As it is now... I use either for rhythm depending on the song and combine them for leads, or boost w/ a FT FB3

I'm thinking the UnLiMiTeD is the ticket for me.... Any suggestions?

I think you missed the other part about the Unlimited "Actually being limited to only 50"

Yes it can... and maybe some dealers still have them. I don't know.. We ask them to post there inventory of Barber Stuff on here so you'd all know. But I guess they weren't into it..
Check with your local dealer and see if he's still has unlimited's.. You might get lucky.
