favourite barber review

David, ronnie, fellow forumites
I was just wondering what your favourite barber pedal review is? I quite like the gear man dude reviews of the ltd and b custom super sport although he does seem to struggle to get a clean tone through that Dr z amp! Gotta be something to do with the snake skin boots!

I've watched a few but don't have a fav.. Hopefully we will have the best soon.
G&L Legacy Special, PRS SE soapbar II, beefed up PV Classic50 4X10, Barber pedals, Budda Wah , Line6 green/blue F/X.
Then a bunch of studio stuff.

Don't get me wrong, gearmanndude is hilarious and no doubt a cool dude.. but I can't really stand his reviews anymore. Something about his playing style or the lack of a clean base tone; whatever it is, I find them entertaining, but not very helpful in determining whether I'd like a piece of gear or not.

I do think that Andy at ProGuitarShop.com does great stuff--all of his Barber demos are great. And, from this Barber forum, I particularly like the video reviews by ringmod (aka. "roknfnrol" on youtube)--who has really nice guitars & amps to boot--and also Humancapo, who gets to play with the nicest PRS stuff.

Ive not really thought about it before but your right! I do watch his videos more out of entertainment than actual review criteria.
The pro guitar shop demos are very good it has to be said.

So ronni are you hinting at some demo vids to come then????

PGS and Tonefactor are my go to Youtube channels for gear demos. I'm still waiting for Tonefactor to have a Dirty Bomb and LTD SR demo. :D

roknfnrol does some great demos! Great playing and great tone.

ROKNFNROL. Just plays and uses the gear no blah, blah...His UNLTD & 1/2 gainer vids are the best reviews of those pedals out there simply because the pedals speak for themselves, IMHO.
