Bob is still working on the TPNgear forum, the last update said he was working with the IT staffs at the forum software company and the server host trying to retrieve the file from the server hard drive. The other option he mentioned was a backup from 2006. I still don't think he is sure exactly what happened to the forum, the server host seemed vague.

Very cool to see this forum up. I guess this will be my new hangout. David, Ronni, and everyone at Barber Electronics, I hope everything is going well with you guys!
