Yes, there was a very trivial re-voice too when we added the witch...it coughs a little more.

Interesting. But I'm pretty happy with mine. It sounded great when I got it, and still does. Ronni really dialed it in just right, and I haven't touched any of the pots inside. The mojo is just there.

Wasn't sure if that was a typo?

Nope, I was not thinking switch when I wrote "witch" , I meant witch in its purest form, it makes your tone scary good.

Still have my Direct Drive LG....and ordered another! Found one at a dealer online, very happy :D

This is probably my favorite OD, I use it with my main channel switching rig...what? Yes, can never have too much variety. Love the "cough"! The second DDLG goes on my pedal board for gigs with a backline supplied, along with a B-Custom SS. Got tired of swapping one DDLG between 2 boards. Yea, I'm lazy!

Now I'm intrigued. Gonna have to try one of these pedals.

Well, mine came in and it sounds great. It has a way of getting into the mix. It has its advantages over say the LTDsr with its DD color. Nice alternative. Gonna let it sit on my board in the low gainer postion for a spell.

Yea, the DDLG is pretty cool, ain't it? As David says, scary good tone!

Ok, I now see what it does. Played it with the band and I tried to shoe horn it as a warm, smooth, barely breaking up, sit in the mix pedal. And why not since it's billed as a low gainer. But then I discovered it's more of a "in ya face" single ch, NMV, Marshall (or vintage amp) cranked and just breaking up, "stupid loud" tone on the bridge pickup. This pedal nails this!

Yeah, cranked mid-60's non-master 100W Marshall is definitely what I get out of the LG--loud & strong, but still not really breaking up a whole lot; has a lot of what I call "authority." Compared to the regular DD (including the SuperSport) which gets me more of a '70's crunch. The LG also makes me feel like I need to play better/less sloppy, as it won't hide anything.
