Burn Unit Deluxe?

Postby jpleong » Fri Jul 13, 2012 3:16 pm

I'm a tone-tweaker and so hate having to flip open pedals to get to trimpots. How difficult/expensive/time consuming would it be to build a Burn Unit with all the controls on top of, say, a larger enclosure?

I'm thinking a single-channel with the symmetrical switch (like the Small Fry) but with an additional footswitch to activate a Fat Harmonic boost (like the one on the DD).

All things can be done for the right price. :)

The fat harmonics is a unique circuit to the Direct Drive, it won't work with a Burn Unit/Small Fry because it would compete with the dynamics circuit. It's one or the other.
