Barber amps?

I played and Echelon once... amazing amplifier. Wouldn't it be cool if David made amps again
Maybe a 20 watt 6V6 powered amp that could also take 6L6s and EL34s?

We have had an AWESOME 20 wattish Barber proto here for quite some time (I use it on the recent demos), but it was supposed to come out right around when the economy sunk....so I shelved it until the banks start giving wildly irresponsible loans again!

That would definitely get you the transformers, this was going to be our sub$ 1000 combo monster. I am still glad we did not market the amp, it seems the world went gags for cheap Chinese tube amps over the last year.

For reals though, it seems all I ever use are 18-20 watt amps. I look forward to the day when they make it into production.

Do you know if there any Echelon's floating around for sale or so you have anything available? I came to know Barber Electronics a little too late and y'all had discontinued production on the head. Always been very interested in this amplifier!

Get out of town! I have always wanted to try a Echelon, but a new sub 1K$ amp!!!! Wow, I'm very interested in this!! Can you leak some more details about what its gonna be?
