Dirty Bomb to the rescue...

Postby Humancapo » Wed Feb 10, 2010 10:57 pm

I was doing a session today and on one of the tunes the producer asked me to double the bass with a sustained overdrive tone. So of course I grabbed my Dual Discrete and started to record the track, but to my surprise the producer stops the track and asked for something with a bit more edge. Out comes the Dirty Bomb to save the day, it really added the needed bite. The client and the producer loved the results (and the name of the pedal). Thanks David for helping us sound better. :D

Those are my favorite stories, when the new second string quarterback comes in for the injured vet, and engineers a winning come from behind win. :D
