I will be placing an order for a tone press through strings direct (UK) in the next couple of months and I was wondering I'd it would be possible to get one with the same colour knobs and led as.my direct drive low gain? I know im being a bit sad but I like the look of the ddlg

Possible yes, but I would recommend buying the knobs from smallbear electronics or another online parts vendor and maybe sticking with the stock LED color (colour). We have an "upcharge" for anything custom because Ronni builds all custom units in his Baltimore shop. I would expect a minimum of $30 upcharge, and you would have to be sure that Strings Direct is willing to place the custom order.

I would like to add a b-buff board to the order too if that's possible.
So to clarify that would be a tone press with b-buff boad, grey (ddlg) knobs and green led.
Please could you tell me If this is possible and what the total cost would be?
I'll speak to strings direct when they open again on Monday morning to clarify that a custom order would be ok.
