No trim pots on the Gain Changer, we were satisfying trends with this unit, so the "we hate trim pots" crowd won on this one. I'll let you in a secret, I'll be doing at least one custom run of Gain-Changers in a full size box with trims, battery compartment and an adjustable mid knob for old curmudgeons like me who want all the tweaks. I'm going with the same silver vein I used on the 1/2 Gainer for that since it is so closely connected, it's pretty much a single channel 1/2 G with a gain switch. Maybe call it the Gain-Changer full format, or something like that.
Color for the compact Gain-Changer is undecided, but I do
really like boring.
We had cream with brown knobs on the Gainster, that could be fun again (vintage lookin even)...still very undecided, I am waiting for Bronson, he is the artist that has been slowly making our pedals look better. I hope he gets it in gear, people are waiting!
The tone knob adds treble and cuts bass as you turn it up, and cuts highs and increases bass as you turn it down, just like the LTD series.
