I have a 1/2 Gainer on the way from Tone Factor. I can't wait to try it out. I'll try to post a YouTube vid.

Cool! I look forward to hearing more of that incredibly "woody/reedy" sounding R8 your have! That thing sounds like you are blowing air through it! :D

Smokin! :D

Man that R8 does have the ability to spit some twangy single coil sounds along with all the fat sweet stuff! Great playing...again! :D

Thanks a bunch for the vid clip!

Just posting to say I LOVE the 1/2 Gainer. Super-versatile bunch of LTD sounds in one box with that mid-knob right on top, and 2 different stages of vol/gain. Brilliant design with astonishingly good sound. Going to a gig with one dirt box - this is it.

And I think it looks really cool too. It looks better in person (next to the Small Fry) than it does in pictures - but it's the best looking pedal on my board - the lettering in particular is really old-school and cool looking.

Ringmod - nice clips and very nice free DL album! Great stuff.

Production of the 1/2 Gainer stopped in December 2009. Due to continuing 1/2 Gainer demand we hope bring back production this year.
