Direct Drive & Direct Drive SS

Postby djgrube » Thu Aug 20, 2009 3:15 pm

Hey Dave, Ronnie, and everyone else....I am new to Barber pedals(within the last year). I had always heard them on friend's rigs but never owned any. I got a DD last year and have grown to love it. I have an opportunity to purchase a Direct Drive SS (looks like an old one as it is not on the site anymore) for a good price...would this stack well with the standard DD? And which one would be better for high/low gain? Thanks and looking forward to getting more Barber stuff!!

It might stack well, but the end result has a lot to do with your overall rig and playing style. If you update your signature to include your gear, and maybe post a clip of your playing, we can all be more helpful! ;)
